QUALITY SERVICES – REWORK AND PROCESS OPTIMISATION

One of the world’s leading automobile suppliers in the field of metal processing provides his worldwide OEM clients with a comprehensive range of car body, chassis, and engineering solutions. FOCUSON is entrusted with quality control in axle assorting. The project started last year; an average of two FOCUSON employees work two separate shifts. In each shift, 450 axles of 10 kilograms each are subjected to a minute quality assessment.
