Quality in Focus

Our company was founded back in 2002 in response to the need for services relating to quality and logistics. One of our very first customers was MAGNA Steyr Fahrzeugtechnik. Other milestones included expansion to the German and Hungarian markets and the founding of other locations in Austria to be close to our customers and to enable us to provide them with best possible levels of support. With more than 350 employees and experts we are currently handling projects associated with the industrial and consulting services sectors in Central Europe, the Far East and overseas.

New Service

To cover the growing customer need for highly skilled employees and specialists, we have extended our portfolio to include personnel services, bundling these in 2012 into the new FOCUSON Personnel Management division. Now, FOCUSON Personnel Management has more than 400 employees and is represented at four locations in Austria.

Digital services and a new building

With the development and implementation of innovative CRM software with its associated IT customer portal FOIS 4.0, our on-line information system and implementation of our paperless office project, we can provide our customers with digital services and a high level of transparency. We embarked on the 2019 financial year by concluding a five year contract and launching a project to take charge of quality-related services in one of the largest engine plants in the world. Since early in 2019, we have also been operating from our new factory and logistics building in Steyr, offering our customers a broad range of services.

2019

Conclusion of a five-year contract and the launch of a project to take charge of quality-related services in one of the largest engine plants in the world

Implementation of our Paperless Office digitalisation project. Digital workplace procedures make it easier to record working hours and work-related outcomes using mobile terminal devices, providing rapid and transparent evaluations.

Number 4: FOCUSON Personnel Management is now also represented by a subsidiary in Eberstalzell, Upper Austria.

2018

Extension of the framework agreement with an automotive sub-contractor for a further three years

Implementation of innovative CRM software with connected customer portal

In March FOCUSON Personnel Management opens its 3rd subsidiary in Wiener Neustadt [Vienna New Town], Lower Austria and welcomes the 400th employee in May 2018.

2017

Opening of the FOCUSON Academy to provide fully inclusive education and training of our staff to defined Levels, 1 to 5.

FOCUSON Personnel Management looks back at a very successful year and achieves sales revenues of 10 million Euro.

2016

FOCUSON Personnel Management continues to grow: In April we welcome our 250th employee on board

2015

FOCUSON Personnel Management expands and celebrates the opening of its 1st subsidiary in Wals, Salzburg, in May 2015. Followed in October 2015 by its 2nd subsidiary in Eberndorf, Carinthia.

2014

By January 2014, FOCUSON Personnel Management employs 100 people for the first time.

2012

FOCUSON Personnel Management PMMG GmbH is founded in Graz in July 2012

Introduction of the on-line information system – FOIS 3.0. The on-line portal provides our customers with all of the important order-related data, right around the clock.

Several automotive manufacturers and suppliers support FOCUSON Industrial Services as a Single Provider in the Quality Services sector.

2011

Contract logistics and taking charge of the Logistics Outsourcing Project at the Mercedes-Benz plant in Kecskemét

2006

Start of the Contract Logistics Outsourcing Project at GM St. Gotthardt and various of its corporate holdings

Name of company changed to MMF GmbH

In addition to the current ISO 9001:2008 certifications, MMF GmbH achieves OHSAS-18001 certification (Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series)

2005

Founding of FOCUSON Logistikdienstleistungs GmbH

Expansion of the areas of business to include the Hungarian market, and founding of the Hungarian subsidiary Saubermacher FOCUSON Hungaria Kft.

2004

Expansion of the framework agreement at MAGNA Steyr Fahrzeugtechnik to all
sectors, and FOCUSON becomes a registered partner at Chrysler Austria

Founding of the German subsidiary based in Regensburg, and expansion of business activities to Carinthia and Upper Austria

2003

Contract partner agreement with MAGNA Steyr Fahrzeugtechnik for quality assurance services for the SAAB 9.3 convertible and BMW X3 projects
