Quality Policy –
Our quality policy and our quality targets are based on two standards: DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 and BS OHSAS 18001:2017. Certification with these enables us to satisfy the quality requirements expected of us by customers, and required of us by specifications, regulatory stipulations and other formal requirements of this nature. Every one of our employees brings personal commitment and hard work to bear on the task of upholding our highquality standards. We achieve continuous improvement in the quality of our services through ongoing enhancement of processes, evaluations of quality systems and lifetime training of our employees.
As well as ongoing education and further training, we are also committed to the safety and good health of our employees. With OHSAS 18001 certification (occupational health and safety management systems) we have implemented a work safety management system that sustainably assures safety at the workplace and healthcare provision.
In conjunction with DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 certification that defines quality standards, quality requirements and quality targets, BS OHSAS 18001:2017 certification constitutes a comprehensive management system from which our customers also benefit through the even more professional service we are able to deliver.
