Visual quality assurance

Fast, flexible and efficient. Our company attributes also apply to a modern image processing system for visual quality inspections. The image processing system works with sensors and artificial intelligence – AI. The self-configuring, self-learning and self-adjusting system needs about 20 to 30 IO parts (in-order parts or good parts) to learn the criteria of a defect-free product. Without lengthy integration processes and without disrupting production processes, the mobile system is ready to go within just 30 minutes.

We have tested the visual quality assurance system extensively and over several weeks. The results have convinced us. The autonomous “Machine Vision System“ can be used for almost all products and, of course, for the inspection of metals, plastics, circuit boards and, above all, for safety-critical parts or complex product inspections. Up to 180 parts per minute and even moving products can be inspected at a speed of up to 0.75 metres per second.

We already work with it and have extended our services to provide visual quality inspections. But we at FOCUSON Industrial Services do not only offer this service. We are also a sales partner for the high-tech QA system.
