Since early April, as a result of its extraordinary logistics and quality services and the great feedback received from its retail customers, FOCUSON Industrial Services has been the official partner of the Austrian Retail Association.

We are delighted to have received this distinction and we are pleased to pass on this recognition to our committed team of colleagues. They are engaged in the logistics and quality control operations in retail companies, and they are doing great work!

Extraordinary times demand extraordinary measures. Breaks in the supply chain, strong demand and an acute shortage of personnel all mean that the trade sector faces great challenges. As a kind of fire brigade for services, our trained teams provide support in tackling in-company logistics processes – delivered in a prompt, flexible, uncomplicated way right around the clock.

FOCUSON Task Forces in distribution centres

FOCUSON Industrial Services is operating in several major central warehouses for Austrian discount retailers and food retailers, providing logistics and quality control support. As a Logistics Outsourcing Partner, we relieve the workload of core personnel in Incoming Goods and provide support with stock-picking. Our experienced teams also get involved with the management of empties, and bring their expertise to bear on packaging.

The Austrian Retail Association / Handelsverband has been the official voice and partner of Austrian retail companies since 1921. It is active as an independent political advocacy group and innovation platform, in full support of members as they navigate changing market challenges. In addition to its members, which generate more than €55 billion annually and employ more than 400,000 people at 20,000 locations right across Austria, numerous companies of various specialisations are also associated as partners with the Austrian Retail Association.
