New FOCUSON building in Steyr

Broad spectrum of Quality Services

Logistics, Assembly, Pre-Assembly, Sorting and Rework, Laser Welding – in our new factory building in Sierning, not far from Steyr, we offer a wide range of services.

Our new factory building not far from Steyr has been operational since early 2019. A key reason for leasing this building was the signing of a 5-year contract as a Single Provider for one of the world’s largest engine plants, located in Steyr. On a surface area of 1,800 m2 – which can be expanded to 3,600 m2 – we perform a broad range of services – from general logistics services to pre-assembly operations, product assembly, product inspections, packaging, sorting and rework stations and we also operate ultra-modern laser-welding systems.

Laser-welding – state-of-the-art welding technology

We can also offer our customers even more added value in the form of the very latest welding technology. The costs arising from defects at the casting stage, or through the abrasive wear of cast components, are incalculable. With the help of laser welding we are able not only to remedy casting defects and wear problems rapidly and precisely, we can also use laser to make adjustments to existing moulds or tools for new applications, to ultimate standards of quality and perfect finish.

On average, we employ 50 people in Sierning. The heated industrial building which is also home to a two-storey office complex, washrooms & toilet facilities, scores highly with its superlative technical equipment – from handling devices such as hoists, vacuum lifting devices and forklift trucks with load capacities of 2 to 5 tons as well as modern IT facilities.
