QUALITY INSPECTIONS
TO AQL-StANDARDS

Task

In addition to the comprehensive quality services in industry, FOCUSON also takes charge of the product testing of end consumer goods to AQL standards.

With the comprehensive test catalogues associated with the AQL tables, checking these products is even more resource-intensive than the already very high standards in the automotive and supplier industry. At a producer in eastern Europe, FOCUSON was appointed to carry out the quality inspection of ceramic cups from a delivery batch of 25,000 units.

Here, our employees work to comprehensive quality specifications. The random samples were investigated for defects in relation to size, weight and colour. Other criteria, in each case dependent on the product requirements of the customer, are appearance, quality of workmanship, functionality, accessories, nomenclature and logos or packaging.

Added-value for the customer

The pre-dispatch check gives the customer peace of mind about the condition of the goods and is then able to sign off shipment, to request replacement goods or to cancel the order.

At a vast array of different geographical locations, we have conducted acceptance tests for goods to the AQL standard.
