Quality inspection and sorting at manufacturing site in Croatia - project start within 48 hours

A leading manufacturer of textile materials for the automotive, furniture, and aviation industries faced the challenge of resolving persistent quality issues with one of its major customers abroad.

Due to defective materials causing production interruptions, a firewall (200% inspection) was required. Each piece of material needed thorough re-inspection before delivery to meet quality standards and avoid production disruptions. FOCUSON was tasked with providing swift and efficient on-site support in Croatia.

 

A deployment outside of Austria comes with logistical challenges and language barriers. However, thanks to our multilingual team and efficient communication, we can quickly and effectively implement solutions on-site wherever our customer needs them.

Efficient communication and rapid deployment

FOCUSON assembled an experienced quality control team and dispatched them to the client’s Croatian site within a few days. Our team’s language skills in Slovenian and Croatian made on-site communication seamless. Together with the client, specific defect characteristics were identified, and our on-site staff were trained accordingly to ensure precise defect detection.

Our team conducts thorough material inspections, manually checking each piece to identify potential defects. This process required good eyesight, consistency, and diligence in inspection.

Preventing production disruptions by targeted removal

Defective material pieces are removed, and only flawless goods are sent to the client for further processing. This prevents further production interruptions and ensures that quality standards are met.
